Custom Design/Build Bar and Fireplace Surround
JRL Design, Inc., using their High Performance Design/Build expertise, created this Custom Bar and Fireplace Surround in Blue Bell, PA. Modifying a party wall between the family room and the living room posed several challenges including creating pass thru and walk thru openings, modification of HVAC duct work, electrical and structural challenges to name a few. Universal Design and Sustainable techniques were incorporated in this project creating a healthy, comfortable, safe, efficient and beautiful space that will be enjoyed for years to come.
